QuickView Nutrition Program is a novelty nutrition service and subdivision of Fitmind Wellness Solutions LLC geared towards helping the community create meals based on the items they have in their homes currently via text message of photos and superficial personal information collected about the client such as wellness goals, tools available, knowledge level, etc, or, nutrition label education and comparisons for grocery shopping.
Disclaimer
All meals and recommendations are NOT medical nutrition treatment plans, geared toward treating any condition or disease, or a prescription meal plan. All clients are to consult with their healthcare provider prior to making any nutrition, activity or lifestyle changes.
All clients agree that they are voluntarily participating in the services that QuickView Nutrition/Fitmind Wellness Solutions LLC provides at their own risk.
Overview of Services Provided
QuickView Nutrition Program provides meal creation recommendations or nutrition label reading based on the information each client provides to include:

Superficial wellness goals of the client (weight loss, wellness, muscle building, balanced eating, performance)

Ingredients available (when option is selected)

Appliances available (when option is selected)

Type of meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack) (when option is selected)

Basic preparation instructions (when option is selected)

Nutrition information per meal (when available) to include: calories per serving, macronutrients per serving and micronutrients per serving. (when option is selected)

Nutrition label reading and comparison (when option is selected)

Clients Will Receive:
- Meal recommendations based on the plan selected & ingredients provided.
- Nutrition information such as calories and macronutrients for the meal(s) created.
- Nutrition label comparison feedback.

What's NOT Included:
QuickView Nutrition is NOT a meal delivery or meal preparation service. You will not receive any prepared meals to your home.
No nutrition education, personalized nutrition or macronutrient recommendations, tracking app tutorial, wellness/medical consultation, fitness recommendations etc. beyond the meal recommendations will be provided. Communication
All interested clients are to text QuickView Nutrition via WhatsApp via phone number 561-325-9453 between the business hours of 8AM to 5PM EST Monday through Sunday. All messages received outside of this window will be addressed the next business day. Initial contact may occur via e-mail or social media platforms, but all conversations and photos must be received via the WhatsApp platform.
Video chat via WhatsApp is available at the discretion of QuickView Nutrition staff members and mutual client agreement for assessment of supplies and explanation of preparation where necessary.
Agreement & Payment
1st Time Client Complimentary Meal or Nutrition Label Evaluation
As a new client, your first meal recommendation or Nutrition Label Evaluation is on us! You can only receive 1 meal or label reading FREE of charge one time as a New Client only unless otherwise advertised.
Single Meal/Label Reading Fees
Price per meal or label reading purchased on a single meal or label reading basis in any increment under 3 is $25/meal or label.
Multiple Meal/Label Reading Fees
Discounts are provided the more meals you purchase. Packages are available in
3 Meals/labels: $50 4-7 Meals/labels: $100 8-12 Meals/labels: $150 13-18 Meals/labels: $200
Rates and packages are subject to change.
Quotes & Fees
Service quotes and fee information will be supplied to the client upon initial contact after a brief intake. All clients are required to sign the Terms & Conditions as well as satisfy the payment PRIOR to receiving their meal recommendations.
Payment is accepted via Venmo or Paypal at this time using the Friends & Family option.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided for any reason for meal recommendations already provided. Due to the limited availability and variable amounts of ingredients available via the client, our recommendations are based solely on what's available.
Pro-Rated refunds MAY be available at the discretion of the owners of QuickView Nutrition/Fitmind Wellness Solutions LLC for any services not yet rendered within purchased packages.
