Every piece of guidance, wellness plan, treatment, and recommendation is carefully provided to each client based on their needs in order to address their goals, concerns, and ailments.

I believe that in order to achieve optimal wellness you must endure a process. This process is a JOURNEY, which has no end date.

There is no single "magic" solution. Total Body Wellness involves a collective method approach from head to toe, nourishing the mind, body, and spirit in a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual sense!

Now more than ever, women need empowerment and support provided by a Divine Feminine entity who can offer an opportunity to be nurtured out of their traumas so they may rise to meet the Divine Feminine in their Higher Self.

My mission is to cultivate a safe, loving, supportive environment where women can feel comfortable embracing who they really are without judgement as they learn to love and heal themselves.

This does NOT mean I will not work with male clients! I have many male clients that I work with regularly to assist them with the same goals. The Divine Feminine power exists in all of us, male and female. Let's empower it through healing together!
