Join me at YogaNOW Pompano Beach for a women's healing circle that allows you to free your mind, body, and spirit in the presence of love and support from other women who are embracing the journey of rising to meet their Divine Feminine self through growth and healing.
This healing circle will be a 1-hour Reiki infused "sermon with open discussion", where I will be delivering a message and creating a safe and judgment-free space for us to open up and share our stories, reflect, and commit to our healing journey! There will be music, dancing, and LOTS of powerful energy.
