On-Demand Support for Mindset and Lifestyle
Text me when you need me! I am available 18 hours per day, 7 days per week* and on-call for urgent situations 24/7!
This service is included in the Concierge Support packages indicated on the Packages page.

In-Home Instruction
Would you like in-home instruction for things like cooking, label reading, pantry purging and fitness? As a South Florida local client, you can enjoy face-to-face support in your home*!
This option is also offered to non-local clients in the form of Video Chat.
Grocery Shop-A-Long
Take me with you as you grocery shop!
South Florida local clients* can enjoy a real-time shopping experience with me as we read nutrition labels and compare foods learning how to make better choices and not falling into wellness marketing 'traps'.
This service is also available via text (photos) and Video Chat for non-local clients.
Walking Support
Don't want to walk alone? South Florida local clients* can enjoy accompanied walking services!

Concierge Care: All About The Details
Please read the fine print next to each service type. All services are available on an Al-A-Carte basis to cater to your individual needs!
*On-Demand Support: This is included in the Concierge Coaching Support option, billed at a discounted rate of 7-hours per week (about 60 mins a day). You will have access to me 16 hours per day 7 days per week via phone, video chat, or text for non-urgent situations and 24 hours a day 7 days a week for urgent situations requiring my review and assistance within scope of practice.
This does not include medical emergencies, you should dial 911 if you are experiencing a live threatening emergency. Informing me of any events is crucial so that I may be involved in your care and communicating with any care team professionals. Any unavailability in my schedule such as work obligations, scheduled travel, etc. will be communicated to the client in advance.
*Any time spent for concierge services provided exceeding 30-mins more than the weekly 10-hour budget will incur additional charges.
*In-Home Instruction: This service is billed by my hourly rate of $150/hour with a 2-hour minimum. This means you will be paying a minimum of $300 even if we only spend 30-minutes together. Travel fee of $25 for any locations outside of 14 miles in any direction of 33064 zip code applies. Packages available for multiple sessions.
*Shop-A-Long: This service is billed by my hourly rate of $150/hour with a 2-hour minimum. This means you will be paying a minimum of $300 even if we only spend 30-minutes together. Travel fee of $25 for any locations outside of 14 miles in any direction of 33064 zip code applies. Packages available for multiple sessions.
*Walking-Support: This service is billed by my hourly rate of $150/hour with a 1 hour minimum. This means you will be paying a minimum of $150 even if we only spend 30-minutes together.
