• Spiritual and Mindset Coaching (1 hour per week, lump sum or collectively distributed.).

• 10-minutes of daily text support for positive energy and helping you through any challenges.

• Exclusive access to a private nutrition dashboard with a personalized 8-week menu centered around your needs.

• Nutritional supplement recommendations and fitness suggestions.

• 15-minute distance healing energy session (Reiki) once per week.
